Incorrect data allowance after refresh

I upgraded my plan via "Upgrade my plan" from 4gb to 8gb for £8/month.

My plan refreshed a few days ago and yet my account allowance is still shown as 5GB per month.

Other customers have had this problem because they upgraded part way through the month but I've definitely passed the refresh point since data rollover has been applied, and still have this issue (see screenshot below). Any ideas?

Hello @Kishanck,

That’s odd, without checking the account allowances it’s going to be hard to give an answer here. 

I would have thought pro-rata allowances but as you said, you’re past this point since data rollover has kicked in which doesn’t until being on the plan for 30-days.

I’ll send you a PM so we can look into this further.
