It is the wrong name on the direct debit form

I need to change the name on my direct debit form.  You have my married name of Dillon and I need to change it to Guy as this is the name my bank account is in.

Hi @Peony 

You should be able to do this through your iD app/account. Once you've logged in, navigate to 'My Billing', and then to 'Manage my Direct Debit'
