Keep getting "Emergency calls only"

My post code is SN1 3LB. I’ve been with ID Mobile for several years now but for several days I have been getting “Emergency calls only”. My Dashboard says that I have spare everything.

Emergency call only indicate you are not getting network coverage.

Insert your sim to other mobile. And check network coverage. 

Manually search network.

Go to setting / Network / mobile network.

Sincere apologies for not catching this one sooner @kenxmoore 

We’ve done a check on the SN1 3LB postcode you gave us and no problems have been reported to be at play with your local mast, nor have there been any recent issues neither.

Have you restarted your phone at all recently to see if that helps?

If you have another phone in the house, possibly try popping your SIM into that to potentially find out if it might be your phone that is the problem and not the SIM/ our service.

Hi, I have just given my niece my old phone as hers has just broken. It's my old contract phone from ee, I have had the phone unlocked. The phone connects to the network but says emergency calls only.

Can you please help us with this?

Hello @James21,

Have you tried the SIM in another device just to rule out it’s not a handset issue?

Have you tried the service in that phone away from the home postcode?
