I like to make formal complaint against you in regard to the above account the account was paided off and I wrote to you last year to cancel the contract as I do not want to continue with you. That was in December 2019. My contract was ending February 2020. And given you more time scale to cancel the contract. Failure to act on my request, you continue to charge me £17.03 a month for a contract I don't want it. Now I've got a bill for £51.00 with debt management company you requested payment from me. Failure to act on my request, I refused to pay the money and I intended to write to fair trading standards with my grieviences. I want this contract closed as and waived the charges you inccured without my agreement. The account was asked to be closed.
