My partner can't make calls

My partner can’t make calls - when a call is placed it just ends the call. I can’t see any reason why this would be… any ideas?

Hi - it seems to be working again now. Many thanks.

On the other hand, when we had this problem, it was impossible to speak to anyone in customer service - is that deliberate or were we missing something?

This happens to all number or particular number. Do you get network coverage.

Remove sim and reinsert it.

Restart mobile and try to make call.

Is your partner with iDMobile?

Is it just your partner having problems? or are you the same?  Could we get a postcode for the area you’re having problems?

Does this happen with all numbers attempted, or just one in particular?

Is your partner’s phone able to be called?
