I ordered sim replacement after phone was stolen in August. I blocked the sim to avoid anyone using it. But since I got my phone from insurance I ordered a sim replacement. When sim arrived it didn’t work after Bering activated. So, changed number to use one from Vodafone. Followed id steps & number was successfully transferred to iD mobile. But problem now there is no service. This is so frustrating as I have continued paying for a service I haven’t used since August. Even worst, the phone is for my daughter’s use! Been calling & emailing for support but received none! Please help! I’ve done all diagnostics from online but nothing has worked.
