I have a Sony Xperia 10 that I have on an I'd mobile contract that keeps freezing and becoming unresponsive to touching the screen how do I go about getting it exchanged?

Hello @dustybin154

You have couple of options here.

You could contact and send it directly to Sony for repairs using this link.

Alternatively you can pop in to your local Carphone Warehouse and they will fix or exchange it for you - depending on how long you have used your device.

Kind regards

Hi @dustybin154,

Hikari is correct regarding your options. Taking it to a Carphone Warehouse store is the best option. If the time that you have had the phone is greater than 30-days, then a repair will likely be offered.
