Received new sim and doesn't activate after a full day


Received and activated a new sim after having phone stolen and after the 24 period is has not activated.
What should I do to try and activate it?

If your previous SIM was reported as lost, then a bar will likely be in place on your account that is still affecting things.

We would need you to contact our Customer Service Team either by phone or Live Chat in order to get that bar removed.
