sim not working

My old SIM card has suddenly stopped working. I have cleaned it. I have tried it in another phone and it didn’t work. 

I have some unopened SIM cards. Can I just activate one of those or do I need to contact I’d?  I have tried to contact via live chat automated phone but my question has not been answered.

Can anyone help please?

it’s strange that it would just deactivate like that. if you do have some iD Mobile SIM cards that haven’t been used or opened, there is no harm in activating one of those. To do so, please click here for instructions.

 

If this doesn’t fix the problem, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get this sorted for you.

i have tried a spare sim that I had and that now seems to be working, great news! Thanks for taking the time to reply.
