My disabled son has finished his contract and has been sent a text saying he owes money when i payed over the phone on the 20th oct and was sent a letter on the 31st oct saying i owe £13.66 can you help please my number is 07871456798 thank you.

Hi @Curtis c,

Once a cancellation has been requested, the account will remain active for 30 more days and as soon as the plan disconnects then the final bill is generated. It might be this one that the bill is for.

Is this account in your name or in his? If at all, are you able to log into the account to check the bills which have been posted on there to see if this bill is the final bill?
