So I get the Sim Card in the post, but then I tried to transfer my existing number.
So I key in all the details and it won’t accept my existing phone number!
Nobody can help me. I can’t phone anybody, so I decide to Give up!
I have tried to cancel but I can’t contact anybody and the Web Chat does not work. I use Web Chat every day so I know it is not me, just another useless system.
So as I can’t do anything else, I am returning the Sim Card and cancelling the Direct Debit.
First time I have received and cancelled a Mobile Contract within day!
