Trouble registering an account

I cannot register??
I am providing the ID mobile number as I have not changed numbers as yet.
My date of birth and surname are correct.
The submit button will not ' click'

Please help

Hi @Clarabel27, are you ensuring only to include your surname in the field? Usually, in these cases, it tends to be that an incorrect date of birth was previously given. If you’re still having trouble, just let us know here and we’ll send you a private message.

Hey there @Maria Rowan

Have you had any success with registering since earlier?

Are you receiving a message stating the details are incorrect? or is it simply that the page button is not working?

If it's the latter, it might be worth trying it on another browser/ device. If it's the former, then you may need to get in touch with us and have any potential typing errors entered during the order process straightened out.

For security purposes, please include in your message: your iD Community username, your name, address, mobile number, and date of birth.

I have been trying to register my account. I have the phone number and I am putting in my correct name and date of birth, but it keeps saying that some information is not correct?

 

How do I register now?
