Unable to access ID mobile "my account"
I have been unable to access my ID mobile "My account"?
When attempting to log in entering username and then password the blue log in icon will not respond when clicked. I changed browser to Google Chrome and using Windows 7 operating system.
As said the blue icon is non responsive when clicked.

Hi, as long as something is typed into both boxes, you should be able to click the log in button. Are you typing your details or using copy/ paste to fill in the boxes?
