Unable to register account

I want to be able to use the app but when I go to register it says I’ve typed something in wrong when I haven’t, I’ve tried to just log in and it says there isn’t a username matching.

Sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your account.

Firstly please could you ensure that you have entered all the details correct as provided at the time of ordering. The account holder would need to ensure that all the details match such as Date of Birth, Name and mobile number.

The mobile number would be the iD mobile number that you received not the number that you are wanting to port in, if that's what you are looking to do.

If you still have issues with this please let us know and we will do what we can.
