Voicemail not working?

I am unable to connect to voicemail.when dialing 123 it goes to end call straight away.Everything else about the phone seems fine but how do i get rid of the security pin if i need to

Hello @John18,

Are you referring to the voicemail PIN?

You'd only be asked for this If you were able to connect to the Voicemail service.

Have you checked your account to see if Voicemail is turned ON in the iD account?
