Transfer number from previous network. I have the PAC No and transaction No however when I enter the information I get the message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted” . I have checked and the information is correct

Please ensure you’re using an in-date PAC code, with the transaction code beginning with a “4”.
