When will I receive this gift card?

Is it the refer a friend gift card you are waiting on or a different promotion.

If it’s a promotion through Money Saving Expert you would need to contact GiftCloud directly.

It's a different promotion. I got it when buying a pay as you go sim card contract.

I’m unable to locate any promotion related to Pay as you go.

Do you have a screenshot of the promotion? Was it a promotion provided by iD Mobile or a third party?

Hello,  

It was provided by ID mobile as below. 

It also shows in my invoice that I will get a £50 currys gift card

This appears to be a Pay Monthly plan, not a Pay As You Go.

 

This gift card is dispatched alongside the SIM card, Royal Mail typically delivers a SIM card within 3-5 working days, do you have the SIM card yet?
