Hi @J.farrell,You can call our iD Customer Service Team on 0333 003 7777You'll be asked for your mobile number.Select Option 2 for Payments & BillingSelect Option 2 again for Making a paymentYou'll hear a message of the current balance and if this is correct, press Option 1 to pay this balance. If the balance is incorrect, please ignore the amount you hear and press Option 2 to pay a different amount.Enter the amount in Pence followed by # to make the payment for this amount.For example - £10.50 you'd enter 1050 followed by #You'll hear the amount entered and press 1 to confirm.Then proceed to make the payment. Kash

how long does it take to switch mobile back on after paying bill

Hi @Richard Murray,Welcome to the Community!If you joined or upgraded iD Mobile on or after 21st June 2023 you’ll have a 30GB fair usage amount.As per out Fair Usage Policy: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/eu-roaming/fair-usage-policy#after-june-2023If you're on a plan with 30GB or more (excluding unlimited plans), you can use your monthly data allowance up to 30GB. After that, we'll add a surcharge of £3 per GB for the remainder of your data allowance, including any rolled over data or add-ons. Afterwards, you'll be charged at the standard out-of-plan data rate of 10p per MB of data. Kash
