I'm around 6 months into a,2 year contract with a s23. The phone seems to have an issue with the microphone where people say I'm very quiet. It's been sent off to be repaired by Samsung and they replaced some motherboard on the phone. Happy days. But I've still got the very quiet microphone. Sometimes people say it goes crack and then loud their end and it happens on everyone I speak to. How many times does it need repairing before they deem it as replaceable. Or where do I stand?
