I received an email to say you want to discuss my upgrade! I was going to £8 a month for 20gb and paid etc and now there is an issue??? And can't seem to get someone to talk to... Very convenient

how to get 5g working on Oppo Reno 4 5g?

Got another ID sim for daughters oppo Reno 4 5g , moved it from 3 network. Not getting any option for 5g. Have checked the compatibility list but it's not on there. Any options to get updated settings from ID or will this be stuck on 4g network?

I’ve had ID mobile for 3 days and my 4G is as slow as dial-up

I live in a big city, there’s phone masts everywhere. My connection is just as bad when I’m outdoors as it is when I’m inside. So it’s not being blocked by walls, and there are no cranes or temporary structures in the way of my nearest mast. I was with o2 for 15 years and even their internet was never this bad. Why am I paying so much for 100GB data that I can’t use? If I play a video it will load one second every 20 seconds, surely this is unacceptable. If it doesn’t get sorted I’ll be leaving, thank God I have 30 days to trail this excuse of a network

s21 fe in stock but email states out of stock

Hi, I ordered a s21 FE in graphite, the website shows that it is on stock however the order email states:"Although the product you ordered is currently out of stock or on 'pre-order', we’re expecting it shortly, so it should be with you soon"Can anyone advise on how long this will take and why it states that it's in stock online? Thanks in advance

switching bill payer

My daughter has an ID account set up by her mum but she has now moved in with me (her dad). I don’t know the previous log in details etc but need the monthly payments to come from my bank now. Any ideas how I can switch this without knowing log-in details etc? Doesn’t seem to be a way of contacting ID unless I log in to the account - which I can’t do.Many thanks

can’t create my account

I’ve recently switched to iD using a PAC code, the number has transferred over successfully and I’m able to make and receive calls using my new iD SIM/old number, but I can’t create an account on the web or mobile app using the number as it’s not recognised on there. I’m getting the error:Your iD Mobile number was not recognised. Please enter your active iD Mobile number. The number originally on the iD SIM does get accepted on the account creation page, but obviously I can’t receive the 8 digit security code sent to that number now so I’m unable to finish the account creation. Please advise how I can create an account.

Ordered a SIM, two weeks ago, haven't received it nor have I an order number

I ordered a SIM only deal on 18th August. I entered all my bank details, didn’t receive a confirmation email nor have I received the SIM. I have been trying for days to access the chat  and can’t get in touch. Can someone please help me?

Upgraded phone, unable to use services

Hi, I've just upgraded my phone through ID, and I have kept my old phone number, however it has been a couple of days and I am still unable to make or recieve calls. It stopped me from being able to do this 2 days ago, I believe I have set my sim card up as everything else seems to be working, it's just not accepting my phone number. I heavily rely on my phone and not being able to make or receive calls is not good. Any help.would be appreciated.

Hi, I’ve added 3gb of data as my allowance ran out while roaming in Bulgaria.   Please can someone let me know if this add on is valid for roaming as I’ve received a message saying I’ll be charged 10.24/100MB now. Thanks

I received my simcard yesterday within 24 hours of placing the order(which was great ) however I can't find mobile number anywhere on the package at all, this is unbelievable . So where is it ?

I currently have a monthly rolling 1 month with iD however want a new phone and want to move to a 24 month contract. I want to keep my existing number, how do I get new contract and keep my existing iD number?

In financial difficulty struggling to pay this month's bill, help?

Have tried to contact through live chat but keep getting the automated “All Agents busy" response, my mobile is my only way to contact anybody including friends and family in an emergency, mental health has taken a huge down turn recently, and the risk of having an epileptic seizure (due to having the condition) due to this is increasing, not being able to call anyone if anything happens is, as you can probably imagine...a very real fearI've recently made a few applications that should help alleviate the financial situation, but these could take up to a couple of weeks to gain any traction. Is there any way you can help, please?

Any idea if iD will support IP version 6?

Just moved from Three where IPv6 support is present and functional. With iD, I can see that the public IPv4 address is also from threembb.co.uk, but no IPv6 address is assigned. I know this is a niche want, but any idea if IPv6 is likely to be deployed for iD customers, and if so when it might come to fruition?

Outbound Audio not working when making or recieving calls

In the last month I have been having an issue when making or recieving calls the other party is not able to hear me.When the issue happens I have tried switching on and off speaker to swap between the two mics. The issue also occurs when connected to my cars hands free.   I have a Samsung A51 and have run a full diagnostics on the handset. I can confirm both mics are 100% working.
