Upgraded phone, unable to use services

Hi, I've just upgraded my phone through ID, and I have kept my old phone number, however it has been a couple of days and I am still unable to make or recieve calls. It stopped me from being able to do this 2 days ago, I believe I have set my sim card up as everything else seems to be working, it's just not accepting my phone number. I heavily rely on my phone and not being able to make or receive calls is not good. Any help.would be appreciated.

data add on while roaming

Hi, I’ve added 3gb of data as my allowance ran out while roaming in Bulgaria.   Please can someone let me know if this add on is valid for roaming as I’ve received a message saying I’ll be charged 10.24/100MB now. Thanks

Where's new simcard number?

I received my simcard yesterday within 24 hours of placing the order(which was great ) however I can't find mobile number anywhere on the package at all, this is unbelievable . So where is it ?

monthly rolling to 24 month contract

I currently have a monthly rolling 1 month with iD however want a new phone and want to move to a 24 month contract. I want to keep my existing number, how do I get new contract and keep my existing iD number?

In financial difficulty struggling to pay this month's bill, help?

Have tried to contact through live chat but keep getting the automated “All Agents busy" response, my mobile is my only way to contact anybody including friends and family in an emergency, mental health has taken a huge down turn recently, and the risk of having an epileptic seizure (due to having the condition) due to this is increasing, not being able to call anyone if anything happens is, as you can probably imagine...a very real fearI've recently made a few applications that should help alleviate the financial situation, but these could take up to a couple of weeks to gain any traction. Is there any way you can help, please?

Any idea if iD will support IP version 6?

Just moved from Three where IPv6 support is present and functional. With iD, I can see that the public IPv4 address is also from threembb.co.uk, but no IPv6 address is assigned. I know this is a niche want, but any idea if IPv6 is likely to be deployed for iD customers, and if so when it might come to fruition?

Outbound Audio not working when making or recieving calls

In the last month I have been having an issue when making or recieving calls the other party is not able to hear me.When the issue happens I have tried switching on and off speaker to swap between the two mics. The issue also occurs when connected to my cars hands free.   I have a Samsung A51 and have run a full diagnostics on the handset. I can confirm both mics are 100% working.

No mobile network connection

Hello, on 21/3/20 I upgraded two mobile phones to new 24 month contracts and took out another SIM only contract in store at Carphone Warehouse within a Currys PC world store. The phones were not in stock but were delivered on 23/3/20 and I went back into store to have them set up properly including my moving my existing phone number, contacts and messages from my old phone to my new one.  This was supposedly done in store although the mobile network connection (iD mobile) did not show on the new phone. I was told it would do in a couple of hours.  Also my old phone was erased in store ready for the new SIM contract to start with the new phone number.  That evening, several hours later, I still didn't have the new mobile connection.  I couldn't return to store the next day because of the lockdown and could not get through to the call centre by phone. When I finally did get through, I got the message that the call centres had closed and to go online for help.  I did this but still could

Data not working in Italy - and i cannot see APN option on iphone 11

I have over 20GB of data to use - but it’s not active - my roaming is on and on previous threads I’ve seen something about APN setting to ID but when I go into settings on iphone11, I cannot see this - anyone got any suggestions?

My extra charges went up in money

My extra chargers have always been balanced at £10 however it recently went up to £50. I did not change it to £50 since I don’t need that much to of it. Is there anyway I can get the money back. It was a lot of money that was taken out, especially with the money I pay monthly. I never got a text that my chargers had changed to £50 so I was unaware until I looked at my account today.

Muted phonecall

Hi, I have had my ID Mobile since December and recently I have had an issue with making and receiving phone calls. The issue is I am muted and the other line cannot hear me. I put the phone down and then make the phone call and it works  I have checked the sim coverage and all ok, also same on another phone

How do I cancel a SIM card that is used in a mifi router?

I cannot see any codes that are sent to me by idmobile for verification purposes so how do I contact you to terminate my SIM card? Your Chat bot is not showing (have tried for two days). I will be cancelling the Direct Debit now.

activating a sim without phone number

I purchased a phone in a Curry’s store and was not issued with a SIM card.After going into a different store and paying £5 for a SIM card I am now unable to activate it, due to not having an active phone number to receive the security code.How can I active my SIM card without this?

Second Sim question

I have a Motorola phone which has slots for two sim cards.I’ve got a contract with ID Mobile already for £5 per month.  If I get another Pay Monthly Sim Only Deal, will I be able to use both of them on the same phone?   One number for work stuff and one number for personal stuff?This is probably a really basic question, just wanted clarification incase I was missing something.Thanks in advance.

Cancel three sims recently purchased and activated (within this last week) please.

Hi, I would like to cancel the three sim-only contracts we have just received please. Your website is hard to navigate as you have no contact us page nor access to live operators outside normal working hours which isn’t ‘very current’ and I appear to go in circles. The live chat does not work on either an iphone,ipad, or macbook (as tried over two days) so I expect you’re overwhelmed with enquiries.Through reading historic reviews of your services I'm not willing to endure the stress of not being able to speak immediately with an operator as you can on the other networks available. The frustration of being redirected to the community page unfortunately isn't a prompt solution to any issues we may face in the future, so I do not wish to be tied to a 24month contract on three seperate lines I'm afraid. My reason for needing to make contact with you is that the 4G coverage is too poor in my area, so on my 55 mile commute it’s frustrating trying to access the internet where I make use of m

Contract up for renewal but being charged a final bill?

My contract is up for renewal on the 28th August. Just went to get a pac code and it informed me that I would have to pay £54.Is that because I need to change phones on 28th or 29th August?Would that make my final bill be £26?
