I've upgraded from my 100gb contract to unlimited and the data doesn't work why is this?

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing regarding your data. Please try the steps below, depending on the type of phone you have:

 

For Android:

 

Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

 

For iPhone:


1. Go to General, scroll down and click reset or transfer iPhone.
2. Reset
3. Reset Network Settings.
4. Once the iPhone is open.
5. Go to Settings
6. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
7.This will recognize the new sim and have it verified.
