When i try and login on the app, it asks for my email and password. I fill these in and press return and it goes straight back to the what's your email page?

Just to confirm, are you experiencing this issue specifically when trying to log in via the iD Mobile website?

 

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Update the app – Make sure you have the latest version installed from your app store.
  • Close and reopen the app – Fully close it (don’t just minimise) and try again.
  • Clear app cache/data (Android only) –
    Go to Settings > Apps > iD Mobile app > Storage > Clear Cache
  • Reinstall the app – Delete the app and download it again.
  • Try a different connection – Switch between WiFi and mobile data.
  • Try logging in via a browser – This helps confirm if the issue is app-specific.

It’s fine on the website. It is just the app that keeps looping.
