Why is my sim not working

I have had an email to say my switch has completed but I have not network or data! how long does it usually take to activate?

Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

 

If you’ve received confirmation that your switch has completed, your services should usually be active shortly after. However, it can sometimes take a few hours for everything (calls, texts, and data) to fully activate.

In the meantime, please try:
• Restarting your phone
• Turning airplane mode on and off for a minute

If you’re still not getting signal after a few hours, please send us a private message and we’ll check this for you.

Please confirm if this is a new plan or existing plan with us and the make and model of the handset so that we can provide basic trouble shooting steps.
