I have purchased sim only deals for my daughter and I.
i have two email accounts so used one for each so I could keep track.
for my daughters Account I received emails - to say I’d ordered an e-sim and to say they would post a new sim.
for my account - nothing
i have received 1x SIM card in the post with nothing to indicate which account it relates to.
i cannot access my online account because it only recognises my old mobile number and tells me it is sending a text to confirm access…. But EE have cut this account off now so I am not getting the text
