no clue how to setup

I have purchased sim only deals for my daughter and I.

 

i have two email accounts so used one for each so I could keep track.

 

for my daughters Account I received emails - to say I’d ordered an e-sim and to say they would post a new sim.

for my account - nothing

 

i have received 1x SIM card in the post with nothing to indicate which account it relates to.

 

i cannot access my online account because it only recognises my old mobile number and tells me it is sending a text to confirm access…. But EE have cut this account off now so I am not getting the text

Thank you for getting in touch with us, we understand how confusing this situation must be.

It sounds like there may be a mix-up between the two accounts, especially with one SIM received and access issues due to your previous number no longer being active.

We’ll need to access both accounts to clarify which SIM belongs to which line and help you regain access. Please send us a private message.
