account disconnected message on my id account

Recently logged into my id account and got the message account disconnected. With this information quickly disided to order a new SIM and asked for a PAC code for my old phone number so I could port it to my new SIM . Any ideas how to port number

Thank you for sharing, however I am terribly sorry as the system does not allow us to port internally. You can however transfer from a different network to our network or transfer from our network to a different network. The only way to keep your number with iD mobile is to do an upgrade from your old contract which will convert to a new one keeping your old number.
