All iD Mobile plans currently feature as standard inclusive EU roaming. This plan feature lets you roam like at home in 50 destinations across the EU and beyond.

Any minutes, texts and data you use while roaming in these 50 destinations comes out of your monthly allowances - subject to iD’s fair usage & open data policies.

Sorry, yes i need to change my ID number

Okay @Rob303, there’s a fee of £25 to change your iD number.

You will need to speak to iD about your iD account in order to do so. The best ways of doing this are as follows:

1. Use the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the iD agents work through until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
2. Send iD a private message on facebook (using Messenger).
3. Send iD a DM (direct message) on Twitter.

Out-of-hours messages left on facebook or Twitter are handled when the iD social media team next start work.
