I ordered new mobile contract today . I entered pac number to switch over and got order number . I haven't received any conformation email. Can somebody check this for me ?

Looking through the threads here I am worried about the trade in process. My phone has arrived and is with the trade in team but I only know that from Royal mail. It's still recent but already now about to be beyond the quoted 3-5 days. This is all over the ID page advertising this so I dont accept the responses of emailing the trade up team! What do you do when they dont reply to anything. What are people's experiences with wait times. If I dont hear this week I'm thinking to cancel the ID upgrade I've done and think I'm within a cancellation window still! Any advice would be great

Hi, I'm having the same issue as this post below whereby I have had my number ported over today from Talkmobile to ID mobile (22nd October) and I received a text to say number swap was complete. However now I can make calls and send texts and receive calls from ID mobile numbers, but I cannot receive any other calls or any texts. I’m I hadn’t put my ID mobile sim into my phone as I didn’t want to associate the temp number to it as it’s a pain to remove after it swaps over. I only put my sim into my old phone after the porting was complete. I still need to set my new phone up as I was away at the weekend. I have been onto chat help for ages and checked all the settings they’ve suggested and even been to Curry’s and got a different sim as they suggested. This still hasn’t changed anything. When I try off another phone it just says number not recognised please check and try again. I think someone highlighted the post to ID support here for the OP in the link. Try to reply on there but it hasn’t gone on, not sure if this is because it is solved or not. Thank you

I've recently ported from EE and upgraded handset from Pixel 6 to Pixel 10 Pro. When setting up Apps I'm not receiving verification codes but I am received texts from personal contacts. Phone calls are fine. I've tried many things and even got through to chat to a real person, but the advice didn't help (and they ended the chat while I was trying to amend settings that they recommended, although their instructions were poor and difficult to follow!) So far very disappointed with iD that I can't do basic App set up to important basic life management Apps (banking, insurance, etc) and support from iD is terrible.

Does anyone know if using Watsapp over Wi-Fi in New Zealand is free? It’s too expensive to buy the ID Beyond package so I’m going to buy an eSIM but that will mean getting a new number. I’d like to keep in touch with family and friends on my existing number, if that is possible.

Using S24, physical SIM card. Ported number over from Sky mobile when I bought contract from ID mobile. Please advise. Same probem on browser and using the app.

Hi New customer of ID but have a query. I signed up for a 30 day eSIM and tried through the online chat to change the tariff within my cooling off period but advised I can’t. I was advised as I was only a few days in to cancel the new contract and take out a new one. I opted to take another one but can’t as I am not a customer for 60 days! iI understand the reasons given - kind of - in that it’s credit checks etc but are there no means of overriding the system with a customer that has passed the checks in the 1st place Thanks

Hello they went to take my initial payment out but I had no money in my account because it was in my other account I now have it in there, will they try to re take the money or cancel my order ?

I sent my old phone for trade in on the 4th of September, I have no received confirmation they have even received the phone or payment. I have emailed and contacted on the live chat multiple times and have not received a response the customer service is absolutely disgusting. How can I get in contact to receive payment?

Ive been through many of the previously asked questions and answers on this topic and carried out the troubleshooting activities suggested on them, but I'm still not receiving sms text messages. ( such as 2 factor account security codes) I seem to be able to send them albeit can't do it to myself to check.. They haven't worked since I went on holiday to Turkey (no data or calls in my package so I turned roaming etc off.) Hello for tha last three days, I am not able to send or receive any calls or messages. I am with the service for two months now. I had 0 bar coverage for those days, I thought some network issues ove rthe weekend. Today on Monday there is no covergae once I restarted my phone. No bar, no access point anymore. The payment is set to direct debit and last payment was susccesfull. next payment on 6th OCT

Can ANYONE help. I have recently changed to an ID mobile plan. Everytime I enter my details to start the switch over to keep my old number I get an error message’ oops something went wrong’’ I still get the txt from ID to say the switch over will happen but it never does. I have ensured the details are correct and tried the process numerous times now. Coincidentally my daughter is having the exact same issue. We have been trying over a couple of weeks , not only are we now paying for the old provider as well as ID plan, it is beyond frustrating .

I would like to move my other number from another network to ID mobile, I don’t mind losing the current ID mobile number, but I’ll still keep the contract but just want to change to another number from another network, is that doable? The other network already confirmed they’ll provide me the PAC number.

So coming to the end of my 24 month contract, all payments made including the final one which covers the period of 8th Sept to 7th Oct. when I requested a PAC they say I need to pay an extra £10.70 !! Why when I've made all 24 payment up to the end of my contract

Hi Guys, I have contacted support for over a week, roughly one email a day and I have been unable to chase the promotional payment for my Pixel 10 Pro. If I cannot get the promotional amount I would rather cancel the trade in to be honest. Hopefully this can be rectified. Thanks,Will

Appointment texts not coming through so quite urgent problem. Previously could receive texts but haven’t been coming through for a couple of weeks. Tried turning the iPhone on and off! Same phone and number for years.

Several days ago, I checked the service status page and it says there's an issue in my area. Tomorrow will be the 4th day. The service status page doesn't give any indication of when the problem will be resolved. How long is it likely to be out for? Is there going to be a discount on my bill this month given I'm not receiving the service I'm paying for?
