Hi I am new one with id so totally confoused. I wish keep old number ( EE) with id plan but They gave me PaC code after i bouhgt ID plan. How to change id number to old one ? Step by step please

Omg  this is what i dont like is like no suppeort by phone. :( just started with id and problems :( 

So i got one account but two SIM CARDS WITH  different numbers and both on my name. I filled form to switch to ID  for both PHONE NUMBERS  with seperated PAC CODE!!!! AND what u done  ? U chsnge one and i got the same number on two different mobile phones !!! How is possible if they are differen sim cards  with diff. PAC CODES  RLY ?

It is not possible to have 2 SIM cards with the sane mobile number

I tried call on support number but its only automat  so not helped :(

what u need to put here ?  I am rly confused. 

Two sim cards = two different numbers and two different pac codes used  at end we got two sim cards in diferent phones ( samsung and iphone ) both have the same number.
