Details not recognised when trying to login to add extra plans

Using S24, physical SIM card. Ported number over from Sky mobile when I bought contract from ID mobile. Please advise. Same probem on browser and using the app.

Hi there ​@Catquina, when did your number switch complete?

 

It could be that at checkout you accidentally entered the wrong date of birth, which I’ve seen happen many times also.

 

To clarify, are you trying to register, or login?

Thanks for your reply. I think i have it sorted now but Sky have messed up and ported the wrong number to ID. Can I get a new number please?

Hi ​@Catquina,

If you wish to change your iD Mobile number without porting it would cost £25.

Alternatively you can port another number to replace the already ported number. The old number would be removed which means that you can’t retrieve it.
