no email conformation

I ordered new mobile contract today . I entered pac number to switch over and got order number . I haven't received any conformation email. Can somebody check this for me ?

The first thing i did was check junk and spam folders . I am also a current customer of ID mobile with separate contracts. 

The upfront fee was taken from my bank . The mobile handset is being delivered today, but there still isn't any confirmation email with contract details, etc. And looking through the comments on the community ot appears its a common issue with others not recieving emails either

Can somebody from id mobile answer me back , I need conformation email to claim the Samsung watch . Very convenient that  for some reason id mobile did not send this.  If the person taking a day to answer queries on here is not qualified to deal with the  basiscs then I would like to speak to somebody who is . Also the time scale for answer customers back is ridiculous

Hi Tyler 

This was a new contract  and not an upgrade. No conformation email was sent after ordering . I now have the phone and sim and its up and running . But still no conformation email with contact details . As you will know for the galaxy watch free gift to be redeemed they require proof of purchase, showing date of purchase, qualifying handset and company logo . This is all in the conformation email that I did not receive
