payment coming out

Hello they went to take my initial payment out but I had no money in my account because it was in my other account I now have it in there, will they try to re take the money or cancel my order ?

Hi there ​@sadieblount16, if you’re direct debit is still active, we’ll retry taking it within 14-days. If not, you’ll need to make a manual payment this time via the app/website or via our automated phone-line, and then you can reinstate your direct debit after that payment.
