Trade in- no replies or acknowledgement

Looking through the threads here I am worried about the trade in process. My phone has arrived and is with the trade in team but I only know that from Royal mail. It's still recent but already now about to be beyond the quoted 3-5 days. This is all over the ID page advertising this so I dont accept the responses of emailing the trade up team! What do you do when they dont reply to anything. What are people's experiences with wait times. If I dont hear this week I'm thinking to cancel the ID upgrade I've done and think I'm within a cancellation window still! Any advice would be great

Great it says that but that's obviously not happened because I've had literally nothing back since it arrived or responses to emails
