Phone trade in not recieved payment

I sent my old phone for trade in on the 4th of September, I have no received confirmation they have even received the phone or payment. I have emailed and contacted on the live chat multiple times and have not received a response the customer service is absolutely disgusting. How can I get in contact to receive payment?

Can you answer how this can be resolved please or give me a number to speak to somebody?

Saying replies will vary is a joke as I sent my first email on the 15th of September and have no received a reply, I need somebody to respond to me ASAP! Nobody bothered to reply to me either on the live chat function. The email I sent was direct to the trade in team
