Ive been through many of the previously asked questions and answers on this topic and carried out the troubleshooting activities suggested on them, but I'm still not receiving sms text messages. ( such as 2 factor account security codes)I seem to be able to send them albeit can't do it to myself to check..They haven't worked since I went on holiday to Turkey (no data or calls in my package so I turned roaming etc off.) I've checked all my roaming settings and call barring etc…Samsung A52 phoneThanksP

Finally, after about 5 weeks, the wizards at iD and/or the Network Three have eventually sorted it.No idea what the problem was, how it happened, or by whom it was eventually fixed, but I now have access to sms messaging again…Thank you iD.
