Mobile app - "allow required cookies only"

Hi,

It's my first time here, I've just joined ID mobile and I am trying to download the app but I cannot seem to get past this page: 

 

Device: Samsung Galaxy A15

I have a physical SIM card in my device

Hi there ​@Tameka, sorry to hear that. Have you tried deleting the app and re-downloading?

Hi,

Yes I have. I have even downloaded it on a second device and I still get that pop up that won't allow me to fully download the app

Yes that's correct. But I've just opened the app again and I can interact with the cookie pop up now so it's fully working. Thank you for all your help, & ​@Tyler C

Can you advise me on where I can see my usage in the app? I have the £7 pay monthly plan with unlimited texts and unlimited calls but is there somewhere where I can see how many calls and texts I've actually used?
