Please delete my ID mobile community account, I have tried to look for the option to do it in setting but the option isn't there.

I have noticed via my banking app that I have a direct debit of 75 set up. I haven't set this direct debit up. Can you advise please

So having zero phone coverage all day I would assume I will be getting compensation? I’ve been waiting for an important call & need to contact people by phone so I’m stuck. WhatsApp no go for a proper phone call to a real number - when is this mess going to be resolved & how much refund will I be receiving for a complete lack of service??

I’ve lost a complete day of business due to not being able to make or receive calls which is extremely detrimental to my business, will I be compensated for this lost or at least a credit applied to my account?

Hi all, I’m in Spain now. My phone connected automatically to Movistar and I got a text saying welcome to Spain and all mins / data etc… is included in Spain as a ‘roam free destination’. Happy days. No worries. I then switched automatic network detection off to see what other options there were. No options, so I get on with it. I then realise my wife is somehow on Vodafone. I look on the community I see some people saying Movistar isn’t part of roaming in Spain with a link to the list - which quite right, does not include it. Some people saying it used to be part of ID roaming. I’m not going to be happy if I’ve been charged extra if Spain is a free roaming destination, and it automatically connected me to Movistar, and I got that text from ID making it seem all is well, when there were no other options! Any advice? Is Movistar now back on the list!? (p.s. since getting into Seville I’ve now managed to find an Orange network) Many thanks all! Deej

Could someone please help me, I have gone through ID live chat 4 times in the past 2 weeks and have not been able to request a PAC to port out of ID to a different mobile number. Everytime I request PAC to 65075 I receive the following message: Hi --, we've encountered an issue processing your PAC request. This could be due to required maintenance or an unexpected system issue. Please try again later. We apologise for any inconvenience - iD Mobile

Phone service was down for most of yesterday, with the ability to make calls returning in the evening. I made a phone call before 9AM this morning no problem, then went to make another just after 9 and now my calls wont connect again. ID have been useless through out these outages with no info being sent to their customers. How am I supposed to run a business without the ability to make phone calls.

You changed to new number, then you suggested yesterday you suggested to get a new sim which we went and got from Currys for ID Mobile, everything was done as advised. Now the texts and calls are not getting through. Texts and calls can’t be made and the number is not receiving either. Issue with you has been going on since 19.06.25.

I’m trying to make a call to Corfu and keep receiving the message that I’ve reached my capped limit. My plan is unlimited texts and calls? The code for the number starts with +03 Is there any way I can sort this out as we go there next week and I need to make calls. Thanks so much

This has got to be 1 of the worst services!! I can't send and receive calls atall for 2 days now! I have missed aload of people trying to call me aswell as my phones not even ringing. What's going on??

I am a uber driver .I am working in London. Today i am unable to work because of the network issue. It is very painful . Last year i had a same issue . I asked for compensation. Never get . Today i ask for compensation again. I am just waiting for finish my contract . No more with ID. Even i do not advise to get id mobile because of the poor customer service.

They knew about the problem but didn't officially warn us. Some of us didn't solve certain things because we didn't know that ID Mobile experiencing a technical fault affecting signal coverage. It's disappointing, especially from a company of this size with so many customers — respect for the customer should have been a top priority.

This is at least the 2nd time this has happened now. Poor communication, lack of apology previously & no mention of any compensation (bill credits, vouchers etc.) to cover the inconvenience. Unfortunately I'm stuck in a contract, but I will be looking to leave at the earliest opportunity unless things improve!

How do we open complaints with this network . Please dont reply and say its a 3 issue because I dont pay 3 I pay ID Mobile so its your issue .

Sent off my phone for repair , get a call from the insurance that the imei doesn't match what's registered or what's on the box I have. First week of having phone in 23 I took to currys for a fault within warranty. Got it back as " Repaired" thought nothing of it. Clearly this must have been a replacement. Insurance want proof of purchase of the imei that I have sent off. Very unhappy !!! Someone must be able to help .

If i recall correctly, this may be the 2nd or 3rd 3 network outage in the last 12 months and I am beyond fed up with this service, other networks just don’t have this level of disruption so I want to know how I can get out of this contract without paying termination charges, as I’m pretty sure there’s a service guarantee clause in the ID network contracts. Can anyone advise on this as I beyond fed up

How long is this outage going last? It’s so true people have calls to make. Some of them quite urgent. I’m paying my bills I expect a decent service.

How long till fixed.we are charged enough.as it.without service working some like myself rely my phone for work.are you going compensate people who can't use tyere phones.This isn't acceptable.

So I'm paying for unlimited services and all day today it has not been working and need it for work and such. If I missed a payment, I bet within less than 24hrs yall would be shutting down my services... Nonsense

I am trying to access the app for the first time. I have created a username and password. I am then taken to a page to input my id mobile number, name and date of birth. I have retained my number from my previous network. when I use that number I get the message that my details are not recognised. When I input the original number on the account before it changed to my original number I get a message saying that I have been sent a passcode. I cannot access this passcode as the number has already been changed to my old number. How do I now access the app?
