i accidentally added an add on to my contract but i dont need it. i dont want to be charged, how do i remove it?

Hi @Strika,

sorry for the confusion.

Unfortunately, once an add-on has been purchased, it activates immediately and cannot be cancelled, removed, reversed or refunded.

The add-on will remain on your account until it expires or the allowance has been used.
