New customer of ID but have a query.
I signed up for a 30 day eSIM and tried through the online chat to change the tariff within my cooling off period but advised I can’t.
I was advised as I was only a few days in to cancel the new contract and take out a new one. I opted to take another one but can’t as I am not a customer for 60 days!
iI understand the reasons given - kind of - in that it’s credit checks etc but are there no means of overriding the system with a customer that has passed the checks in the 1st place
