Hi New customer of ID but have a query. I signed up for a 30 day eSIM and tried through the online chat to change the tariff within my cooling off period but advised I can’t.I was advised as I was only a few days in to cancel the new contract and take out a new one. I opted to take another one but can’t as I am not a customer for 60 days! iI understand the reasons given - kind of - in that it’s credit checks etc but are there no means of overriding the system with a customer that has passed the checks in the 1st place Thanks

Hi tthere @stillgame007, you will need to be with us for a certain time before you can change plan I’m afraid, and there’s no way of bypassing this due to security and credit check etc.Thanks,Tyler

Hi Tylerthanks for your reply. Yes I understand not changing tariffs part. But I can’t even take out another SIM for 60 days. Given my initial check was good I would have thought that a second would be ok and wondered if there was an override on the second sim at least. Maybe not the 15th :)thanks again my friend
