Unable to Accept Incoming Calls P20 Lite

I have a Huawei P20 Lite usually (as with most phones) when I have an incoming call the phone rings and a screen appears showing the number with the red reject button and green accept button. Overnight this had disappeared. When I had an incoming call this morning, the phone rand and vibrated but the screen was blank. I put in my pin and went to the home screen, there was still no option to accept the call. Does anybody know if this is a setting issue ? I have re started the phone a couple of times and turned it off for 30 mins but nothing has changed.

Bill payment

Hello, my payment was late and ID disconnected my phone. They even got a collection company involved even after I explained that I would pay the bill as soon as I could but was struggling due to current circumstances. anyways, I have now paid the bill in full to ID via the app for almost a week, the collection company has seen this and closed the case but my phone is still disconnected. I cannot make calls. I cant call ID because there's nowhere to call and I am stuck. What can I do? Please help. Thank you x

cant register or pay bill so im confused

Hi im trying to pay my bill online so i realise i need to register, however it is not accepting any of my info and will not let me submit my email,surname or dob.  Also i received 2 letters one from you (id mobile) dated 27/3/2020 and one from a collection agency dated 16/4/2020 however they arrived together on the 18/4/2020. I called the number on the id mobile letter and it told me my account was upto date however the letters say im £15 in debt i dont know what to do since i cant register or pay online.

Pixel 4 XL upgrade

Hi, Completely understand the staffing difficulties at the moment with your customer support hence why I'm asking here; Do you know when the Pixel 4 XL will become available again? Do you / can you deviate from the prescribed plans - for example I would be happy to pay a higher up front fee and lower monthly rental charges for this phone, if the final total payments made remain the same there should be no reason not to offer this and may even be preferable considering the current global economic problems. Many thanks.

 See that the last 2 months you have lodged a missing payment on my credit report. I don't know what number I have from you and what service. The report just says carphonewarehouse. I can't get hold of anyone at your end.  This is urgent

couldn't pay my bill due to covid-19

Hi, since govt. Close all restaurants due to covid 19 lockdown, i am at home quarantine. I have no work and others income at all.to be honest i am struggling financially. My next bill is due on 14 april 2020. I will not be able to pay the bill this time. Customer service number 7777 is close as well, so i couldn't contact.  Is there anybody to help me by telling me what to do at the moment. Many thanks

Smart Lock not working

On my Samsung s7edge, the Smart Lock has stopped working.. so that when I am at home, ie my trusted place, I still have to put in the PINeach time I want to get to the home screen from idle mode. It used to work fine, but I think there is a discrepancy with the GPS, as sometimes it puts in a neighbours address.. but even if I type my address in correctly it still doesn’t work. any help would be appreciated, thank you .

Can't create direct debit

My account got blocked last week because my direct debit failed (there was money in the account).The app and site were down and I couldn't login anywhere so see what was going on. My direct debit disappeared from the app (even though my bank had it registered as a direct debit) and I now can't create a new direct debit at all! I keep getting the "Oops, something went wrong" message.To add, I'm on the new version of the app.Need to get this sorted before my next bill which is in a couple of days! Any advice?

Add Ons Abroad

So I'm new to ID. I'm on tour in Europe for 3 weeks and I used up my 30gb roaming allowance. So I bought a £30 Add On, but still couldn't get any internet. I increased my cap and it's working but I'm being charged now.I read that the add ons were useable when Roaming (Netherlands), but I'm not sure why I'm being charged for data on top of that.

Trying to cancel contract but ID Advisor still not told DPD

I am very unhappy with service from ID and unhappy with the service from live chat. DPD have said my address does not exist on their system as they cannot make delivery to me of the iphone and SIM card I ordered with ID. They told me they cannot change my delivery address and cannot cancel my order as it has to go through the Currys dashboard. I spoke to several ID Advisors that all gave different information. Some of the conflicting info I received was: One Advisor said cannot change address through ID without cancelling whole order. They said would ask Currys to cancel order, go to Currys to get blank SIM and when you get phone back at warehouse you will port my number to pay as you go contract, cancel everything and get refund of fees. Another said the above Advisor was not correct and to ask DPD if they can change the delivery address. Went to DPD they still said cannot cancel or change delivery address. Went back to ID advisor this one said 1st Advisor was correct and they told me

Where do I report sites that are wrongly filtered by the adult content filter?

I recently signed up with ID Mobile and noticed that 4channel.org is blocked by the adult filter. The website 4channel.org is "safe for work", no nudity or porn allowed. This shouldn't be blocked, especially considering that websites like reddit.com  which allow hardcore pornography are not blocked. However, I wonder how I can raise this issue with the correct team at ID Mobile? There’s no email address to contact ID Mobile, I’m not going to waste my time with a live chat, and making a complaint seems OTT.

Cancelling and getting a Pac Code

My contract finishes on the 29th November, I have a new phone and will request a Pac code as i want to keep my number and i understand that it will cancel my plan once i activate it on the new phone. My question is if I activate it on the 30th November, will I be charged for a new month or not? Or can I use it on the 29th the day of my end of contract?

How do I identify unknown charges?

I am being charged 2 x £1.50 at the very beginning of the new month (85004 Domestic?). I have tried to zero my extra usage charges but am not allowed to do so as “ your current out-of-plan spend exceeds this amount. Log in at the beginning of your next billing month to lower your cap”.The problem is that the scammers bill me before I am able to zero my extra usage charges, and so it continues.How can I get more information on these charges so that I can do something about them?Otherwise I will have no choice but to cancel my account.

Number stopped working after porting

My old number ported over fine and I was able to make a call to it on the day, but ever since everyone is getting the This number is not available message, and when I check my network settings it says ID Mobile (temporarily unavailable). I work from home so it is vital I have a working phone, it's been out of service for a week now.
