I am in tenerife shows 4g but I can’t make any phonecalls or use internet and everything is on

Sounds like ROAMING is not enabled for your iD account, or on your handset, or both, @Ruxymaria

Have you checked in the iD app or online at https://my.idmobile.co.uk?

Okay @Ruxymaria, so your iD account has ROAMING on, and your handset is set to allow roaming?

The iD Spanish roaming partners are Movistar & Yoigo - maybe try manually selecting a mobile network to use.

Have you checked the above from @andewhite and tried connecting to Movistar and Yoigo?

 

You’ve mentioned calls and data not working, how are texts with SMS?
