Is anyone else getting “Oops something went wrong, try again” when trying to log in to your ID account?

Hi, I cannot access my account on either the app or the website; am getting “bad server” message on app or a black dotted circle and online says cannot access server

Both iD Mobile app and website are down again today by the looks of it, tried multiple browser apps on multiple devices including desktop and iPad, Safari, Chrome and Edge and nothing.
Anyone from iD Mobile know when service will be resumed and how to access support during the outage?
