Just want to update my Direct Debit details. Does not allow me to do this.

Unfortunately iD Mobile don’t provide a telephone helpline for customers,
While their online “My iD Account” and iD app aren’t working properly, for direct debit (DD) matters, you can call 0800 049 2376.

Sorry to hear this, there are some known issues with the iD Mobile app/website and changing direct debit details, for the time being, we’d recommend calling 0800 049 2376 for assistance on this matter.
We don’t have a phone number for general customer services.
