Does anyone else have any issues accessing Instagram on data, when I open the app it gives me a "couldn't refresh feed" ? I'm able to access everything fine on WiFi and all other apps. I'm using Google pixel 8 proI've tried the following - reinstalling app, also not on any beta versions- logging out/in (sometimes this would work temporarily)- restarting phone Appreciate any help!
Hi, I wondering if anyone is having with making calls the connection drops out completely and the call doesn't connect? I have done live chat and they say there is no network issues that they can see.Thanks
If you receive a new SIM card from us and it doesn’t seem to be working, we recommend you check a couple of important things first: 1. Check your coverage Use our handy online coverage checker to find out the signal strength in your area. You can search by postcode - so you can check all the places you usually use your phone, like your home and work addresses. And you can view both 3G and 4G coverage. Need more info on this? Read our ‘How to check coverage’ article. 2. Are you using a compatible handset? If your handset isn’t approved/compatible with iD Mobile, your ability to use our services may be affected. Click here to view our list of approved and compatible handsets. All the handsets we provide with an iD Mobile plan are compatible with our network, as you’d expect. So if you’ve got one of those you should be fine. If you purchased a SIM only iD plan and are using an iD compatible handset you bought elsewhere with it, you should also be fine! I have been trying to text and call my partner in Hungary and it just will not work anymore. Yesterday, trying to call and it put me directly to the ID billing with an automated message telling me my bills are paid. It does this everytime! It is soooo infuriating especially yesterday with some very important issues. Today I still can not. It has never been an issue, for any of my friends abroad until now?

Hello, I’m going from an ID sim only to a monthly contract.I understand you have to do a ‘triangle switch’ via a third party network, then switch back. My question is, now I’ve switched from ID to “A.N.Other Network”, how long should I wait before requesting the PAC code and switching to my new ID sim? Or can I do that right away? Many thanks
Hi All! I recently called one of my spare numbers on purpose which I knew was switched off. But I noticed, the signal bars suddenly changed, so I enabled data to see what was happening, it turns out when your calling a switched off or invalid number, iD for some peculiar reason drops the call down to the 3G network instead of staying on 4G/5G. I have completed the same test on iD’s host network, Three and it doesn’t drop down to 3G when an invalid number is dialled. Anyone know why iD does that? SMARTY also doesn’t drop down to 3G.
I've just check my bill for next month and it has leap to £31.**, however, I can't see why?
I've just renewed my phone and sim contract. I'm currently in the cooling off period. The box isn't opened and I've not broke the seal because I'm now regretting not getting more data. Is it too late to increase my data allowance in the contract or do I have to use my cooling off period to cancel the contract and start again? Hi there,I just recently tried to switch to ID last week and wanted to keep my existing mobile number which I’m using since last 2.5 years however, unfortunately it has not happened as promised and now I’m struggling to get my existing mobile number back and get this issue resolved. Despite following the instructions provided by ID customer service agents over chats, including obtaining a replacement SIM from a Curry's store and providing my PAC code and SIM card details for activation, my existing number was not successfully transferred to ID Mobile as promised. Instead, it appears that my number has been reassigned to another user, causing immense confusion and inconvenience, as my entire life, including business, personal, school, and banking details, is intricately linked to that number.On top of that despite my best efforts to resolve this matter, including providing transaction details and ID proof, my attempts to seek assistance from your complaint line this morning were met wit
