I have been trying to text and call my partner in Hungary and it just will not work anymore. Yesterday, trying to call and it put me directly to the ID billing with an automated message telling me my bills are paid. It does this everytime! It is soooo infuriating especially yesterday with some very important issues. Today I still can not. It has never been an issue, for any of my friends abroad until now?
Perhaps there’s a bug or bugs in iD Mobile’s billing system,
Texts and calls from the UK to Hungary are classified as International, and wouldn’t be included in your iD plan allowances.
Your iD account bill cap limit would need to be high enough to allow International use.
Also, the International option in your iD account would need to be enabled.
Hopefully, the Live Chat team verified these options were setup properly.

It does not make sense. I have been texting and calling them for years and it just wasn’t working anymore since I tried on Tuesday.Â
Today, I can call now (to Hungary) but no text?!?!?
