I wish to terminate

In short i am a fed up customer tried to raise a complaint. Which wasn't answered sadly it appears to be a mistake by staff. I went to cancel my account but the combined fee which i assume is a early termination fee is huge x3 the value of the phone. Any advice do id have an email address

Is there anything we can help with?
As you've raised the topic in the section App and My Account is the issue in relation to the app/account service?

The Termination fee is calculated taking into account your tariff and the handset cost remaining.
