Random numbers contacting me getting really annoying

Hi, i get some random people messaging me saying i called them and they call me, sometimes they think i am someone else like their mum who got a new number and tell me to save their number, some random crap like bro it is annoying, and i cant reach id mobile they tey avoid you, i am leaving once my contract is done, its a joke that no one can help me why!!, i need this people to stop calling me!!!!!!!!.

Issues with receiving phone calls and text message - new customer

I joined ID a week or so ago and transferred my number over which went through on Tuesday (although I never received a confirmation from ID). I can call people and send text messages and it appears as my old number, however no one can text or phone me. Calls go through to voicemail to my old provider.I can’t get the Live Chat to work, I can only speak to the Chatbot which isn’t helpful. I can’t create an ID account as it wants the original ID mobile number and then sends a security code to that number, rather than my existing number.I have done the usual remove sim, turn off phone, messages etc. and nothing works.Please can someone at ID help me as I’m getting increasingly frustrated and need to urgently start receiving my phone calls and messages.Many thanks,

No 4G and 3G only averege to good

I’m in the process of switching from O2 to ID Mobile. Before I decided to buy iPhone 15 with SIM from ID Mobile I have checked the Network Coverage on your webpage for my area (EX34 8DH). It said that both 3G and 4G were good in my area outdoor and indoor.In reality there is no 4G reception neither at my postcode nor in entire Ilfracombe town and surroundings. Also 3G signal fades out in majority of indoor places that I checked.This means that the deal which I have go for to buy new iPhohe with 100GB of data is completely useless as I cannot use the data (3G even with good reception is not enough even for web browsing) and in many situations I can’t even use it make and receive phone calls. What options do I have? Can I revert switching process and return this iPhone with SIM for a full refund and go back to O2? Or can I keep the phone and get a partial refund to use it in another network?

Direct debit Cancelled , cannot create a new one

Hi,My direct debit was cancelled for some reason, however whenever I want to add a new direct debit with a new card, it says” Sorry, we’re unable to change your Direct Debit details at the moment. Please try again later.”Can someone help with this, I’m a new ID Mobile customer and I’m having difficulties, thanks. Also sorry for typo in the title.

sim not available error

I’ve just returned from overseas and reinserted my bid mobile sim. It is no longer working and I am getting the error message sim not available. I have turned my phone on/off a number of times and put it into flight mode. please can someone advise a fix for this or whether I need a replacement sim thanks

ID Mobile are not helping me at all.

Received my sim card on 20/11. Went online to provide my PAC code to have my previous number transferred across. Was provided an email saying porting will be done on 22/11. My old number stopped working on 21/11 so put in nw ID mobile sim in which wasn’t working. Was told this is normal.22/11 past 6pm now no sim cards are working.Contacted customer service who advised porting is showing as being successful but system showing something not quite completed and it would take 48 hours to be investigated.Customer service staff on chat have been very unhelpful and rude. I requested that they provide me my PAC code as i no longer wanted to remain with them. They threatened me with having to pay full 12 months upfront. Told thme i was within my colling off period. They then said i can’t have my PAC until my device was returned. Told them it was sim only deal. Then they made up something about the PAC could not be generated and may take a few days.Contacted them via chat today and same excuses,

Services Blocked

Hi, I paid my bill this morning as I received a text to say payment was due. It is showing on my account that you have received my payment, but it won’t let me set up a direct debit as it says I have an outstanding balance of “£0.00” and all of my services are still blocked. I am unable to use 5G, telephone or text. I have not received any text or email from ID Mobile to say the payment has been received, but I can see on my online account that it has. Please could this be resolved as a matter of urgency as I use my phone for work. Thanks,Laura

Data runs out within days

My son gets 6GB of data a month but it is running out within days, having checked his usage - it does not match at all! His phone says he has used only 0.5GB so far. Ive checked the usage in the past month for both Wifi and Data and its saying the same thing, only 0.5gb used on mobile data. I cannot access the ID Mobile App as it keeps saying the details im entering are incorrect!! Help!

upgrade my plan to two year contract instead of one

I am currently on the 1 year contract £16 per month unlimited everything contract and I am passed the six month wait time before I am allowed to upgrade my plan but when I check the app and click on “change my plan” it comes up with an error saying there are no plans available even though I would like to change the contract length from 1 year to 2 years and pay £15 per month instead of £16 as with the current 1 year contract.

Unable to make any calls,texts or use my data when I've payed my bill

Went to ring one of my contacts on the phone this evening and it doesn’t even ring just goes straight to a id mobile automated voicemail saying that my payment is up to date and if I want to ring costumer services to ring 777777 then cuts the call off but I’m not even ringing I’d mobile I’m ringing one of my contacts. All bills are payed and they had received payment yesterday and it went through

Failed internal security check

Help please.According to the email I received I have failed the internal security check. Which after a bit of searching on here is done prior to the credit check and can fail for a number of reasons.So I went with a different provider. However I am shoeing a hard credit search on my account from Carphone Warehouse. However, I did go into carphone warehouse to ask as ID is their network and they said they didn't have the order number when checking my details. They then asked if I wanted a credit search running on their system and I said no I was still undecided. So I need help as to why has a credit search been completed. I can't imagine it was the car phone warehouse kiosk because I explicitly said no. And I don't understand why a credit check would be run if the initial internal security check failed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Scott

Not receiving OTPs from CaterAllen

Hello,I’ve done some research and tried a few things as this seems to be a recurring issue.I’m not receiving OTPs from CaterAllen (private bank), but it works fine with other banks.It used to work fine a few weeks ago.I have a iPhone, my number/profile is set correctly and I called the bank and they said the issue is not with them.Please advise,Thank you very much

After upgrading, but keeping the same phone....it says "emergency calls" only. Have restarted the phone numerous times...no difference.
