Not receiving OTPs from CaterAllen


Hello,

I’ve done some research and tried a few things as this seems to be a recurring issue.

I’m not receiving OTPs from CaterAllen (private bank), but it works fine with other banks.

It used to work fine a few weeks ago.

I have a iPhone, my number/profile is set correctly and I called the bank and they said the issue is not with them.

Please advise,

SMS settings are common for all. You are receiving messages.

Make sure you have not blocked caterallen number.

When you say it worked fine a few weeks ago, do you mean it worked on our network or a different network?

Has this ever worked on our network?

Did the Bank confirm the number was correct on their systems also?
