Service completely broken

Monday 12th February 2024:

  • Can’t make or take calls (drops immediate on connecting)
  • Can’t check voicemail (drops immediately on connecting)
  • Can’t login in app (Unable to connect to server)
  • Can’t login to website (Internal server error)
  • Can’t check coverage (504 Gateway Time-out)

 

I need to look after and administer my elderly and disabled parents affairs from 150 miles away (a drunk driver smashed up the front of their house so they’re currently living in a premier inn.)  I can’t even speak to them right now!

This service is appalling!

 

  1. When are these issues going to be fixed?
     
  2. What steps are being taken to prevent these frequent technical problems and outtages in future?
     
  3. How will you be compensating customers for such days of complete loss of service?

We have had a recent outage that we apologise for, we believe services are back up and running, it may be worth rebooting your device to test.

mines the same been in and out of being able to use data for 3 days now

Hi all,

I have been trying to login to the app for the past month, and it keeps saying it won’t connect.

Can you confirm the error you are getting?

It may be worth uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
