deliver to different adress

Hi my name is Laura just want it to ask something so few minutes ago ive made an order and its been succesfully just ive put my billing adress where i living but in this difficult time im on self isolatipn in my sisters adress which is my delivery adress cause im living with my parents thats why i put different adress for delivery is this ok or i need to change it ?Thanks

I've been sent an expired PAC.

Hi,    Moved to ID mobile from EE a month ago for a cheap sim only deal. After finding WiFi calling won't work on my Galaxy S9+ from my previous contract and having most of my calls drop out when I've got full signal, I've decided to go back to EE.   I've requested my PAC via both the ID app and texting 65075. I have been sent the original PAC code I used to come to ID in the first place, it also says it expires 2020-04-02, today's date 2020-04-03. If I wait until tomorrow to try again I'll be billed another month.

samsung cashback

I ordered a new phone and it was advertised as part of the samsung cashback offer. It is a pay monthly phone. When I followed the instructions on the samsung website it says I am missing some details but I do not appear to be. I only have an ID email confirmation of purchase and not a proper receipt. Does anyone have any advice?  Thank you.

MY MOBILE DATA ISNT WORKING IN EALING LONDON

Hey guys my mobile Data isn't working in London Ealing  I've turned phone on and off I've removed and reinstated SIM card I've walked 2 miles radios around my home to try to get signal The lines are off for customer care due to covid19   Help??!!!!! Ps  My mom is also on id mobile and her 4g keeps coming and going .

Request to port number

I’m not receiving my 8 digit security code. This means I can’t set up my online iD account, so can’t set up anything. I have my new iD sim in my phone & have PAC number from old provider. Using the ID mobile number to try & set this up on via your website but just not receiving texts from you so dont have the security code. What do I do????

What are the best app to use (free or paid but preferably free) that allows the best customisation to different aspects of the phone-icons, themes etc- that aren't heavy and don't kill too much battery. *And also don't have access to random things like phone

Hi all! Had a message from ID Mobile that my transfer date is 10th April but nothing has happened as yet. Transferring from O2 and keeping my number.General chat is pretty much useless.Are ID running late with transfers?

overseas mobile calls

I received an anonymous call this morning, and I did not know who had called, so I redialled this number.I got a recorded message in an American accent and hung up straight away. I have received a message saying calling abroad is not covered by my plan and would cost. I have no idea how much this will be. How can I tell if a mobile number is calling from abroad? Not very happy if I am charged for this call. Any advice?

very slow/non existant 4g speed

I’ve just joined IDmobile and have very slow or non existent mobile data. Speed tests show rubbish speed even though my usage shows data being used. this is the latest speed check I’ve done and to say I’m not happy is an understatement!  anyone have any clues?

Transfering my number

I am having issues with transferring my number. I have a PAC code which has never been submitted before and transaction id number but still saying error when inputting all the information. Tried live chat but saying it's busy and to try later but cannot get through on each attempt and the bot is not helpful. How do I resolve?

Refer a friend link not working correctly.

Hi, I have been trying to register for refer a friend scheme for over 14 days now but there is a problem and that is the link in the email to input the account number for the refer a friend scheme for the vouchers takes us back to the registration page rather than to an account number input page. Obviously you have only 14 days to do this, which I am now out of, but this is due to a problem with your link. I have searched the iD forums and this is a common issue and there is no fix other than to contact your selves. The Chat function was no use at all, and all you clients are always busy. Thank you,

Unexpected roaming charge for USA.

Made a call to a UK mobile from my UK mobile whilst in the USA on 14th November. This lasted for 4 minutes and 10 seconds. According to the roaming charges link ID had sent me via text I expected this call to be charged at £1.68 per minute. However I have been charged £30.00 for this call when I view my latest bill. Please can it be explained why?

Number not porting over

I'm new to iD, submitted my PAC code at the time of ordering. My existing number with 3 stopped working yesterday morning but I didn't get a new sim, I was told I would keep my old sim. Neither my new number or my old number are working. How long can I expect to be without a working mobile? Its never taken this long to port before.

Free Galaxy Buds 2 claim with purchase being refused

I’ve seen some very helpful answers for other users asking similar questions with screenshots.I bought the 512 gb galaxy s23 ultra model on 11/09/23 (£445 upfront then £36.99 a month, unlimited data tariff). Does any body happen to remember of have a screenshot of whether this was eligible for the offer. (ID seem to be saying no, but not sure if I’m just being fobbed off !)

Missing Earbuds Pixel 7 Pro

issues keeping my old number PAC ERROR

I have seen is a common issue around the community.  I am following the step to step process to keep my old number (PAC, ID number, old number and transaction number) but there is no chance I am getting through it. I have seen some people managed by writing CAPITAL their name. It didn’t work for me any suggestions?
